After receiving our batch of envelopes for the first time we opened them to find that the colour filling the reverse of the envelope was wrong (due to Illustrator's colour handling issues), I emailed Rob and he got back to me within the hour saying that a reprint would be done (no q's asked), other than that we were not involved in this process saving us precious time. The new envelopes then arrived a short while later with the colours being spot on and the whole envelope looked absolutely brilliant. A 5* service, particularly from Rob, especially good handling of a simple error that every business is guilty of having. Highly recommended!

Great service. My first time and all I had was a logo, but I sent it with my order and a few instructions. Nicola got back to me almost immediately with a PDF proof. A few minor alterations and hey presto, they turn up at my office within 3 days! Brilliant.
